Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. The staff were very helpful and courteous, which I appreciated a lot. The room was modern and clean. I found it very comfortable. The lobby had a vibrant, stylish vibe.
It took a long time for the engineer to come to the room to allow English channels on the TV. I think the person who takes the bags to the room should provide TV in the language of choice. A guide explaining how to use the TV and available foreign language channels would be helpful.

The pool was a welcome feature after exploring. I saw that the gym included three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. Guests can also use the on-site laundry facilities.

Really good Stay Near the Airport

The staff impressed me with their efficiency and friendliness. I found the airport transfer service convenient. The room was also very clean and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. I slept soundly, it was amazing.
I experienced a delay when I needed assistance with the TV, though the problem was eventually solved.

great foodhelpful staffstrategic location
I stayed there this year. the restaurant really delivered with its great food. dinesh, karthik, and ashutosh stood out during breakfast service. Those guys were so helpful! the location rocks too. Its super close to the airport and backs onto a shopping plaza. What a bonus!
i stayed there twice for a total of three nights. english channels on the tv took forever to access. it was frustrating.
